Financing
During the last decade we have structured transactions totaling over $100 million through the use of various financing tools including tax exempt bonds, tax credits, bank financing, HUD programs, and various state and federal grants.

Construction Management
Each year we oversee over $5 million in rehab related work at the properties we manage. Our experienced team is knowledgeable in physical condition evaluation, life expectancy assessment, unit cost development, and planning for effective implementation of the apartment rehab process.
