Meridian Group, Inc. has a full time position open for a residential Maintenance Technician at Willow Heights/Village Green/Village Glen in Reedsburg and Wisconsin Dells, WI. These properties offer 120 units of subsidized housing to seniors, people with disabilities, and families. The successful candidate's experience should include basic knowledge of all facets of residential maintenance including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and drywall. Must enjoy working with people, have a good attitude, and be timely and attentive. Must be able to provide your own transportation and basic hand tools.
